The Real canceled after eight seasons in daytime distribution

Co-hosts Loni Love and Garcelle Beauvais also documented the unfortunate news by sharing posts about the cancellation on their respective social media pages.

Ultimately, The Real ‘s cast and crew did everything in their power to bring the showdown, Love wrote in her post, citing a specific global epidemic:

“We shot 7-8 shows in 3 days, no audience. We turned a conference room into a studio, but in my opinion, Covid’s cost ended the show.”
It was a great ride, and thanks to viewers for eight great seasons! He cited the show’s success over the years at Emmys.

Meanwhile, in a tweet, Beauvais wrote about the show’s revocation:
This is a fun trip !! But, first, I have to work with a beautiful group of women and staff.

The actress, a full-time cast member of Beverly Hills Real Housewives, added all three of the prayer emojis.
Hosts Adrienne Bailon Houghton and Jeannie Mai Jenkins have not yet commented on the evolution.
Real was created in 2013 with two extra stars: Tamar Braxton and Tamera Mowry.
The show won three Daytime Emmys during its run.

According to Variety, the first three seasons of the series consisted of pre-recorded episodes but switched to season 4 live broadcasts to boost the fan base.
In May 2016, after two seasons, Braxton stated that she was leaving the talk show, citing her desire to “focus on her solo career.”

She was replaced by actress and comedian Amanda Seales, who joined the cast in January 2020 during Season 6.
The following June, The 40-year-old left the show, saying he had been told not to “talk about some of the things that make my people feel like cheating.”

In July of that year, Mowry-Housley also announced its departure from the Daytime talk show.
Beauvais later replaced her, who joined the cast in August 2020 as a permanent co-host.
Behind The Ellen DeGeneres Show and The Jenny Jones Show was Warner Bros.’s longest-running syndicated daytime talk show, the previous one ending on May 26.
