Respect shown to Queen Elizabeth II ‘overwhelming’ but not ‘universal’


Sky News host Peta Credlin says the respect shown to Queen Elizabeth II has been “overwhelming” but “not quite universal”. 

She said one or two “tacky” Greens senators tried to “politicise her death”. 

“And the women’s league of AFL, citing Indigenous sensitivities, refused to have a minute's silence at subsequent games, after the first game of the weekend's AFLW Indigenous Round,” she said.
