Political fight is ‘heating up’ in the seat of Kooyong

Sky News Reporter Simon Love says the political fight in Melbourne is “heating up” as the contest for the seat of Kooyong tightens.

A portion of Treasurer Josh Frydenberg’s political advertising was recently “removed” from a building in the electorate, according to Mr Love.

“My understanding is that the Frydenberg campaign was notified by the building manager that they did not have the appropriate permissions to put that wrap on the building,” he said.

Mr Love also pointed out that independent candidate Monique Ryan’s camp put up a mural on a prominent pub that was also “painted over” amid a scrap with the building manager over permissions.
