Labor ‘chasing the Green vote’ opens up ‘hole’ for Liberal Party

Sky News contributor Caleb Bond says the Liberal Party needs to go after a “new market” of voters to continue to be a “successful party”.

Mr Bond said the party needs to target working to middle-class Australians otherwise they end up in “no man’s land”.

“As Labor has gone more and more to the left chasing the Green vote, it’s opened up a hole for the Libs to jump into,” Mr Bond told Sky News host Cory Bernardi.

“They’ve got to make the decision; do they jump into that hole and look after the working to middle-class Australians who have now lost someone to vote for?”
