Issues of ‘confidence’ for gas supply: Ley


Deputy Liberal Leader Sussan Ley says ongoing issues of “confidence” must be addressed for both gas suppliers and consumers. 

Ms Ley said the government needs to build relationships with gas suppliers. 

“It needs to have firm conversations with state governments,” she told Sky News Australia. 

“There are issues that need to be addressed now, and they do relate to confidence for both the suppliers of gas and consumers who are relying on the government to reassure them.”
