Albanese is ‘shrinking before our very eyes’: Morrow

Sky News host James Morrow says Opposition Leader Anthony Albanese’s inability to get through a day of campaigning without a “stumble” has left the Labor campaign “rattled”.

Referring to the booing received by Mr Albanese at Bluesfest in Byron Bay, Mr Morrow said a crowd will “always boo a politician” but his treatment by the crowd “may have been something else entirely”.

“It’s this sort of cluelessness in the way they have organised the campaign,” Mr Morrow told Sky News host Andrew Bolt.

“I think we are seeing this guy shrinking before our very eyes because he just seems to become a smaller and smaller candidate here every single day.”
